Part one
A real cask register with an honest estimate of what is in every container, and every event that changes it dated and kept.

Number, capacity, tare, supplier, source distillery, cask type, oak and vintage, on the same location tree as bottled stock. Every move logged. Thousands of casks page and search cleanly.

Each fill records what went in, from where, at what strength and volume, typed or worked out from the scales. Litres, ABV and litres of pure alcohol now, with the maths beside it.

Tasting samples with a score come straight off the estimate. Regauge by weight, dip or hydrometer, and the estimate projects from what you found. A leak flags the cask until it is measured.

Decant some or all of a cask into a vessel, bottle from it into a batch with sizes and prices, and the rest stays in with its own estimate. Nothing is overwritten.

Every container has a label. Scan it with a signed-in phone and a one-screen form takes the weight, strength, score and a note. Labels print as sheets or as PDFs for a label printer.

Dilution, hydrometer correction, litres from weight or from a dip, and blending by mass balance with a density table. Built in, not in a spreadsheet on someone's laptop.
Part two
Customers, orders, invoices and stock, sharing one record with the bond store. A cask bottled today is stock tomorrow and an order line the day after, with nothing typed twice.

Venues, retailers, distributors and private buyers, each with contacts, addresses, territory tags and a default discount. Visits, calls and meetings logged, follow-ups that nag you, and a prompt to confirm details when a customer goes quiet.

Draft to fulfilled to invoiced, numbered your way. Three discounts stack, GST is shown and never stored. Invoices print or email with your legal name, ABN, logo and payment details.

Stock by batch and location. Every change is a movement with a reason, nothing edits a figure directly, and available means sellable less what open orders have claimed. Stocktakes write the corrections.

Switch any batch to serialised for a limited release. Every bottle gets a number, and each order records exactly which numbers went where.

Ask a question in plain English and it opens the right report with the filters set, then writes a short reading of the rows. It reads your figures, never changes them and never invents one.

Every buyer's rhythm is worked out from their own orders, so the home page says who is probably out of stock before they notice, with the phone number beside the name.

How a distillery starts
Send the spreadsheets, the price list, the cask register and the customer list in whatever shape they are in. They are loaded, checked and shown back to you before anything goes live. Your own address, your own people with their own roles, your own invoice numbering and logo from day one.
Each distillery's data is separated from every other's at the database level, backed up, and exportable at any time. Hosted in Sydney.
